摘　　要：研究了当q为偶数次本原单位根时,限制量子群Uq(sl2)在关系K2r=1,Emr=0,Fnr=0下的商代数Uq(m,n)构造。给出了Uq(m,n)的区块结构,并详细研究了它的正合序列,这样就把Uq(m,n)的表示归结为带关系的Quiver的表示。When q is a primitive root of unity of even numbers, quantum group Uq （sl2 ） under the con- dition ofK2r=1, Emr=0, Far=0, denoted by Uq （m, n） was dealt with. The block structure of Uq （m, n） was given and its exact sequences were discussed in detail. The expression of Uq （m, n） was expressed as Quiver with relations.
