摘　　要：要确保独立学院人才培养目标的实现,就必须对独立学院人才培养过程实施科学有效的评价,而建构一套科学有效的评价指标体系是实施评价的关键。由于独立学院以应用型人才为培养目标,因此其人才培养评价指标体系就应以应用型为导向,按照入学、培养、就业的逻辑顺序进行构建,包括学生入学时应用型特质评价指标体系、应用型人才培养过程评价指标体系及应用型人才培养效果评价指标体系三部分。To assure the achievement of talent cultivation objectives of independent colleges,the talentcultivation process of independent colleges must be evaluated scientifically and effectively,and the key is to build a suit of scientific evaluation index system.Because that the cultivation objectives of independent colleges is applied talents,the talent cultivation evaluation index system of independent colleges must be oriented by application,and built according to the consecution of entrance,cultivation and employment,which include students entrance character evaluation index system,applied talents cultivation process evaluation index system and applied talents cultivation effects evaluation index system.
