摘 要:对广东省部分高校辅导员自我效能感的调查研究表明:性别、学历、工作年限、职务等对高校辅导员自我效能感有显著影响。其中,男性辅导员自我效能感高于女性辅导员,研究生学历的辅导员自我效能感高于专科与本科辅导员,工作年限3~5年的辅导员自我效能感高于0~2年和6年以上的辅导员,担任学工办主任或分团委(团总支)书记的辅导员自我效能感高于普通辅导员,有过团学经历的辅导员自我效能感高于无团学经历的辅导员。Investigation on the self-efficacy of assistants of some higher education institutions in Guangdong show that:the factors of gender,education background,work time and titles have marked effects on the self-efficacy of higher education assistants.The self-efficacy of male assistants is higher than women,and the self-efficacy of assistants have master degree is higher than bachelor degree assistants,the self-efficacy of assistants worked for 3 to 5 years is higher than those worked for 2 years and over 6 years,the self-efficacy of assistants occupied other titles is higher than general assistants,etc.
