摘  要:当前师德处于"低迷"状态与教师利益有着内在的关联性。根据新制度经济学的基本观点,教师的有限理性、对成本与收益的权衡、机会主义倾向都会影响教师职业道德的形成与发展。消解师德"低迷",教育制度应确认教师个人利益的合理性,学校制度应具有公正性,并注重确立对教师行为的约束与激励机制。There is an intrinsic relevance between the downturn of teacher's professional ethics and teacher's interests. "The new-economic man" assumption of Institutional Economics suggests that teacher's vocational morality is greatly affected by the limited rational behavior, the relationship between costs and benefits and the opportunism. In order to relieve the downturn of teacher's professional ethics, the education institutions should recognize the legitimate interests of teachers, and the school institutions should have the impartiality, the incentive and constraint mechanism of teacher's action.
