德国职业教育领域职业认同的研究现状及培养策略

摘　　要：职业认同是德国职业教育心理学研究的一个重要领域。本文概述了德国职业教育界关于职业认同概念的界定以及职业认同理论的相关研究,分析了职业认同与德国职业教育交互作用的关系,从六个方面探讨了德国职业教育领域培养职业认同的重要策略和成功经验。Vocational identity is an important field in the German vocational education psychology. In this article the concept definition and related theories of vocational identity in the German vocational education were summarized, and then the interactive relation between vocational identity and German vocational education was analyzed. The important strategies and successful experiences to promote the development of vocational identity in German vocational education were studied from six aspects.
