摘　　要：以UNESCO教育指标体系框架为基础,建构省区高等教育发展指标体系与综合评价模型。采用偏最小二乘法结构方程模型对其进行验证,信效度和适配度均符合要求。对2006年31个省区高等教育发展状况进行综合评价,探寻省区高等教育发展的影响因素及特点,为高等教育发展决策提供客观信息依据。Using UNESCO＇s education indicators system for framework, this paper constructed the higher education development indicators system and the colligation assessment model. Adopting partial least squares structural equation modeling, it tested the indicators system and the colligation assessment model, the values of reliability, validity and goodness-of-fit fulfilled the criteria of quality. This paper actualized the colligation assessment on higher education development of 31 provinces in 2006. It sought out influent factor on provincial higher education development and concluded the characteristics. It aims to provide information for decision-making on higher education development.
