摘　　要：学研产结合有利于高校提高人才培养的质量,增强学生的社会适应性;有利于促进高校自身的改革,增强为社会服务的能力;有利于提高高校科技创新能力,增强学校的综合实力;有利于多渠道筹措教育经费,促进高校的良性发展。Industry-university-research institution collaborations can help colleges and universities to improve the quality of personnel training, the students＇ social adaptability, their internal reform, their capacity to serve the society and their levels of scientific and technological innovation. It is also beneficial for the colleges and universities to raise funds by multi-channels and achieve the sound development.
