摘  要:为确定安装在空气悬架上的减振器阻尼值,对空气弹簧进行了理论推导,得到了空气弹簧非线性力的数学表达式,并建立了SIMULINK模型;在对客车进行了适当的简化之后,建立了空气悬架客车的半车五自由度的数学模型及仿真模型。在建立模型的基础上,对不同减振器阻尼值搭配在典型工况下,进行了仿真分析;以后轴上方座椅处加速度均方根值为依据,根据仿真分析结果,得出了减振器阻尼值范围。经过相关试验验证,证明该客车具有较好的平顺性。该匹配方法对空气悬架参数的确定,具有指导意义。In order to confirm the coefficient of shock absorber matching with air suspension,the thermodynamic theory of air spring is deduced, then the mathematic expression of stiffness and nonlinear force of air spring is achieved and the SIMULINK model of air spring is built;With the application of dynamical knowledge of vehicles, the five-degree mathematical model of half car is built after appropriate simplification of the passenger car. On this basis,the damping coefficient of shock absorber is simulated and analyzed on typical conditions. A reasonable damping value of shock absorber is gained according to the RMS acceleration of seat above the rear axis and results of simulation. By experiment validation of correlated ride comfort, the matching is helpful for better ride comfort, and instructive for the confirming air suspension parameters.
