摘　　要：按照国际先进的eTom体系结构和行业的最佳业务流程,以流程整合为核心,建立国内一流的、统一的运营支撑平台,支撑业务、服务市场,提升企业的运营水平和竞争能力,更好地实现以客户为中心、以市场为导向、以效益为目标的先进企业发展战略,是大连天途业务运营支撑系统(BOSS)的建设目标。BOSS建设是一个动态的过程,因此需要有相应的管理机制应对,对大连天途来说,最主要的是要建立企业信息模型管理机制和需求管理机制。In accordance with the advanced international architecture of eTom and the best industry business processes and taking the process integration as the core, a domestic first-class, integrated OSS platform to support the business and services market is constructed, which can enhancing the business operations and competitiveness. This is an advanced developing strategy for companies to make the customer as the center, the market as the orient and to make the efficiency as the purpose. This is also the construction achievement of Dalian tiantu BOSS. BOSS building is a dynamic process, which needs an appropriate management mechanism to deal with. The most important thing of Dalian tiantu is to establish a model of enterprise information management system and demand management mechanisms.
