摘 要:为解决不适张力对带材供送的影响,通过放卷辊的动力学分析,建立了张力数学模型,分析了影响张力的因素。针对放卷过程中半径变小,而常规PI控制难以实现参数在线调整,提出模型参考自适应张力控制方法,建立了参考模型,采用梯度法推导了自适应率。建立了控制系统模型,并进行了仿真。结果表明,利用该方法系统可以有效的跟随半径减小调节控制器参数,保证了系统的稳定性,缩短了调节时间,减小了超调量。A mathematical model of tension was established based on dynamic analysis of unwinding roll to solve the effect of unfitted tension to web material feeding. Factors influencing tension were analyzed. The typical PI control method is ineffective to adjust tension when the radius of the web is getting smaller during unwinding process. Model reference adaptive tension control was proposed to adjust the parameters of controller. The reference model was established, and adaptive law was deduced with gradient method. The system model was established and simulation was carried out to analyze the system performances. The results showed that the parameters of controller can be adjusted effectively with the control method when radius is getting smaller, and the stability can be maintained. Adjusting time is reduced, and overshoot is decreased too.
