摘  要:选用去离子水、3%乙酸溶液、10%乙醇溶液和精制橄榄油作为4种食品模拟物,开展了食品接触材料中双酚A,双酚A二甘氨酸醚、双酚F二甘氨酸醚及其衍生物等9种双酚类物质迁移检测方法研究。目标分析物采用反相液相色谱柱分离,荧光检测器进行检测。水基食品模拟物(去离子水、3%乙酸溶液、10%乙醇溶液)中的目标分析物可直接进样,精制橄榄油中的目标分析物依次通过正己烷和甲醇乙腈混合液(体积比1∶1)萃取后进样。结果表明:目标分析物含量在0.008~4mg/L范围内,线性度在0.993以上,相对标准偏差小于15%,方法检测限在0.0011~0.0052mg/L之间。A migration detection method for 9 bisphenol-type chemicals from food contacting materials was developed by using deionized water, 3 % (w/v) acetate acid solution, 10(v/v) ethanol solution and re- fined olive oil as four food simulants. The chemicals included bisphenol A, bisphenol A diglycidyl ether, bisphenol F diglycidyl ether, and their derivatives. The analytes were separated in reverse phase liquid chromatographic column and detected by fluorescence detector. The water-based food simulants, including deionized water, 3 % (w/v) acetate acid solution and 10(v/v) ethanol solution, were directly sampled into HPLC, while the refined olive oil needs to be successively extracted by hexane and methanol/acetonitrile mixture (volume ratio= 1 : 1) prior to sampling. It showed that the linearity is more than 0. 993 when concentrations of the analytes are between 0. 008 mg/L and 4 rag/L, the relative standard deviation is less than 15%, and the limits of detection are between 0. 0011 mg/L-0.0052 mg/L for the target analytes.
