摘　　要：运用系统原理、人本原理、逻辑原理分析体育教学内容的筛选过程,然后运用系统法、分层法、递进法、编排法自组织体育教学内容.结果表明:熟练掌握自组织原理与策略有利于教师掌握教学内容筛选和排列的方法.有利于形成内容的层次性,表现内容的科学性,突出内容的重点性.PE teaching content filtered and the content organized by means of different methods, it was found that proficiency in self-organization principle and strategy conducive to equip teachers with the content selection and arrangement, helpful to the hierarchy of the contents, the scientific nature of the content and the highlighting of the main points.
