摘 要:C0-C0轴式机车的转向架轮对由于纵向定位刚度很大,使机车通过曲线时轮缘和轨侧磨耗增加,轮轨间横向作用力增大,影响机车的黏着性能。为改善工作性能将其改装成径向转向架,但改装后转向架质量增加,尤其是质心位置会改变,这对机车牵引性能等有不利影响。为此提出4种解决方案,并在理论上加以计算分析和验证。Because the value of wheel's longitudinal orientation rigidity is very high when the C0-C0 locomotive runs on curves,the wear between flange and rail side and the lateral force between wheel and rail will increase,the adhesive performance of locomotive would be influenced.Changing oxisting bogie into radial one can solve these problems.But the other problems,such as the increasement of mass,especially the change of position of mass center,may affect the traction performance.So four options were proposed,and were calculated and analysized.The final option is to move the left sandbox to the body,increase the weight of end beam and change the secondary suspension spring' rigidity.
