摘 要:本文以教育部"数字化学习港与终身学习社会建设与示范"乡镇型典型应用学习中心——北京市平谷区镇罗营镇数字化学习港为个案,对其建设情况、实践成果、社会效益与取得的经验进行了归纳和探索,力求能为我国乡镇型数字化学习中心的建设提供一些借鉴和启示。Learning township is an important component of a learning society. This article reports on a case study of the E-learning Hub Project of Zhenluoying Town, Pinggu District, Beijing. It attempts to examine the roles of its digital learning center in training farmers to fit in to the information society and promoting the informatization drive in rural areas. The project aimed to enable farmers to acquire information literacy and thus enhance their enthusiasm for e-learning. With the E-learning Hub as a sharing portal, farmers were offered training in practical skills for a better livelihood. Special care was taken to ensure that the training was delivered, the learning support was provided, and the learning center was managed, in ways most suitable for farmers. Findings indicate that E -learning portals were conducive to constructing learning township and implications for overall application were discussed.
