摘 要:通过回顾我国高等教育评估主体的历史演变以及我国高等教育评估的开展状况,总结了政府行为在评估中产生的积极和消极作用,针对政府参与高等教育评估存在的问题,结合当前的实际情况,提出了一些建议,以期能对完善我国高等教育评估中的政府行为这一问题的探讨有所帮助。Evaluations controlled by governments are usually lack of supervision. Ways of evaluations are limited, which causes low work efficiency. The article will analyze the behavior that our government involves with higher education evaluation. At the start, the author will walk us through the major developing periods of china's higher education evaluation as well as introducing the current status of the conduct of higher education evaluation and summarizing the effect that government has had on higher education evaluation.The author will propose in thelast part and plan to enhance higher education evaluation.
