摘　　要：继续教育是护理工作人员接受新知识、新技术最直接的方法。文章介绍了英国护士继续教育师资、教育管理和教育课程3方面的现状,阐述了我国护士继续教育在教育师资、教育管理及教育课程3方面存在的问题及得到的启示,从而帮助我们寻找有效实施护理继续教育的方法。Continuing education is the most direct way to accept new knowledge and new technology for nursing staff. This paper introduced the teachers management and course of continuing education in England, analyzed the problems and proposed the inspirations of nursing continuing education in our country and thus helped us to find an effective method of nursing continuing education.
