摘 要:通过对国外以及我国出口食品追溯管理工作的分析,建立了出口食品可追溯管理系统,包括食品身份管理、动态追溯、检验检疫部门口岸查验管理、内部管理和因特网食品追溯等5个子系统,实现了对出口食品的追溯管理,包括:食品身份信息可随食品的移动而传递、对出口食品身份信息动态追溯查询、检验检疫人员在口岸现场查验、检验检疫部门内网系统识别判定——食品身份是否合法、消费者通过因特网追溯查询食品身份信息。此外,该系统可实现对仓储数据的自动化采集,从而为企业仓储物流的现代科学管理提供便利。By analyzing food tracing management in China and other countries, the traceability system of food for export were developed, including food identity management subsystem, dynamic traceability, CIQ port check, inner management and food tracing by internet. The traceability system of food achieved the goal of the food traceable management, as follows: the transferring of food identity with the movement food, dynamic tracing query for food identity information, judging food identity on the spot of port check and in the CIQ office, and acquire food identity information for the customer by internet. Furthermore, this system can also help food plants to realize automatic collection for storage data which offers huge advantage for modern scientific management of enterprise storage and transportation.
