摘　　要：本研究主要以保定部分企业为对象,通过问卷的形式调查了用人单位对非英语专业大学生英语应用能力的需求及现有人员能力现状等,调查结果表明,大学生英语应用能力职业需求偏向译、听、说三个方面。这对大学英语教学也具有现实指导意义。This study takes some enterprises in Baoding as its direct subject,investigates present staff situation of employers and their demands for non-English majors’ability in English application by the way of questionnaire form.The result shows that the post tends to three aspects of English： translation,listening and speaking.The above situation has the guiding significance in the college English teaching.
