摘　　要：“工学结合”人才培养模式实施的关键环节是“顶岗实习”，而学生能够顺利进行“顶岗实习”依托企业建立的校外实训基地是根本。构建“工学结合”良好社会环境，加强高职高专院校内涵建设，充分发挥院校的技术、人才和装备优势，才能使“校企”合作双赢，从而保证“校企”双方结合的积极性、主动性，构建“工学结合”人才培养模式的长效机制。Pratice on regular station is the key link for putting the Work-Integrated Education Mode into effect. And the practice base out of college is the foundition for Pratice-on-regular-station. Only to set up good social environment for Work-Integrated Education, strengthen the college＇s intension, give full play to the college＇s superiorityes of technology, talent, and equipment,can we make the two sides of cooperation. And then ensure the inititive for the college and work to cooperate , and set up the long-term-effective mechanism for work-integrated education mode.
