摘　　要：长期以来，俄语专业精读课的课堂教学把精力投入到言语技能的培养。坚实的外语基本功和流利自然的口语表达能力是外语专业人才所必备的业务素质。如何利用课堂有限的时间既可以训练技能、增长知识、提高业务素质的同时又可以提升学生的综合素养呢？本文结合教学实践谈几点实施素质教育的拙见。Since long ago, Russian specialized perusal class classroom instruction invests the energy into the spoken language skill raise. The solid foreign language basic skills and the fluent natural spoken language power of expression is the foreign language professional necessary service quality. How both can train the skill using the classroom limited time,increase knowledge,improves the service quality at the same time and to be possible to promote student＇s comprehensive accomplishment？ This article unifies the teaching practice to discuss several implementation education for all-around development the opinion.
