摘　　要：本文从分析目前高校良好学风建设存在的问题及原因入手，结合笔者工作实际，就如何建设良好学风提出了自己的见解。充分利用心理学的理论、技术和方法，提高大学生的适应能力、加强专业思想教育、激励学习兴趣、关注个体发展。从而达到建设良好学风的目的。This article from the analysis at present the university good school tradition construction existence question and rea- son obtaining,unifies the author to work the reality, how constructed the good school tradition to propose own opinion.
