摘 要:目的通过均匀设计法优选八爪金龙半仿生提取工艺条件,并对其提取物的抑菌活性进行研究。方法以岩白菜素含量、HPLC总面积、干浸膏得率为指标,进行综合评判,并将3种工艺提取物的抑菌活性进行比较。结果最佳半仿生提取工艺为八爪金龙加8倍、8倍、6倍水提取3次,3次煎水pH值分别为2.0,6.5,9.0;提取时间依次为85,40,20 min。综合评价Y值及抑菌活性顺序为:醇提取法>半仿生提取法>水提法。结论优选出的半仿生工艺是可行的,且优于水提工艺。Objective To obtain the best extraction condition of semi - bionic for Ardisia crenata Sims by uniform design and study its antibacterial activity. Methods The semi - bionic extraction (SBE) conditions were optimized by comprehensive evaluation with the content of bergenin, total HPLC integrate area and dried extract weight were adopted as markers. The antibacterial activities of extracts from three different processes were investigated. Results The Ardisia crenata Sims was extracted in water 8, 8, 6 times as much as it for 3 times ; the pH values of the water for the thrice extraction were 2.0, 6.5, 9.0 ; the extraction time were 85, 40, 20 min. The order of comprehensive evaluation value and antibacterial activities was as follows: AE, SBE, WE. Conclusion Optimization of SBE method of Ardisia crenata Sims by uniform design is available and better than WE method.
