摘　　要：ras是一类与恶性肿瘤密切相关的蛋白，其持续活化可促进肿瘤的发生发展。RASAL1蛋自是一种钙离子介导的rasGTP酶活化蛋白，其表达下降或缺失，町使ras活化，从而导致肿瘤的发生发展。本文综述ras活性调节机制、RASAL1与恶性肿瘤的关系以及RASAL1的表达下调的相关机制.Ras is a kind of protein closely related to neoplasms ,the persistent activation of which would induce tumorigenesis and progression. RASALI is a Ca^2＋ regulated ras GTPase-activating-like protein,the loss or decreased expression of RASALI induces ras activation,then results in tumorigenesis and progression. In this review we sum up the meehanism of ras activation,tile relationship between neoplasms and RASAL1 and the mechanism of RASALI expression decreasing.
