摘　　要：分析了国内外博士生培养模式的现状,提出适合浙江大学医学院实情的博士生资格考试制度,阐述了推行博士生资格考试的现实意义。This paper introduces and analyzes the present situation of the doctoral eultivationmode at home and abroad, and makes some suitable and practical suggestions on the test system of doctoral qualifying examination in ZUMS （Zhejiang University Medical School） according to the reality. Meanwhile, this paper elaborates the practical significance of implementation of doctoral qualifying examination test system.
