摘　　要：根据医学伦理学基本内涵,探讨了医学伦理学在医院学科建设中的意义及现代学科建设中存在的医学伦理学问题,提出了学科建设中医学伦理学决策思考,认为在学科建设中应注意把握医学伦理学原则、规范,并应加强伦理道德培育。According to the basic connotation of medical ethics,this article discussed the meaning of medical ethics in the construction o f hospital subject and modem disciplines for the construction of medical ethics,put forward the thinking of medical ethics decision-making in the hospital subject constuction,considered in the construction of subject,should pay attention to assure the medical ethics principles and norms of medical ethics,and should strengthen the ethical and moral development.
