摘　　要：本文围绕高职学院办公室工作特点，分析了办公室工作现状及存在的一些问题，针对这些问题提出了学院以发展高职教育为中心，服务好全院教职员工；保证信息畅通，及时上传下达和切实加强办公室工作人员的队伍建设等几个方面提高办公室工作效率。according to the features of office work in vocational colleges. This article analyzed the status ot office work and some existing problems and pointed out that in order to improve the efficiency of office work, as the center of higher vocational education development, we should provide a good service, ensure the flow of information, transmit the information rapidly and strengthen the group building of staff.
