摘 要:对9种傣药用甲醇进行提取,得到的甲醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取,这样每一种傣药得到4种提取物,并用DPPH法测定了不同溶剂提取物清除DPPH自由基的能力,结果表明:不同傣药显示出不同的清除自由基的能力,在9种傣药中以黑皮跌打藤茎正丁醇提取物清除自由基的能力最强.同一种傣药不同溶剂提取物显示出不同的活性,通常其活性成分存在于乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物中,相比而言,石油醚提取物的活性最差.Nine Dai medicines were extracted with MeOH and then successively partitioned with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol. Thus, four extracts were obtained for one Dai medicine. The free radical scavenging activities of different polar solvent extracts were evaluated by the DPPH assay. The results showed that among nine Dai medicines, n-butanol extract of Fissistigma polyanthurn had the highest free radical scavenging activities. The different solvent extracts of the same Dai medicine had different free radical scavenging activities. Compared with petroleum ether extract, the EtOAc and n-butanol extracts generally demonstrated stronger free radical scavenging activities.
