摘　　要：为探讨眶尖占位性病变的早期诊断要点及恰当的手术入路，分析１４例（１４只眼）原发性眶尖占位的临床表现及手术治疗，表明眶尖占位的早期临床特征是视功能减退而不伴有眼球突出，ＣＴ及ＭＲＩ能确诊。在早期诊断的基础上，根据肿瘤与视神经的位置关系，采用３种手术入路有助于全切肿瘤和保护视功能。To explore the early diagnostic feature of the space occupying tumor in the orbital apex and the appropriate surgical approach,the clinical symptoms of the 14 cases(14 eyes) with the primary space occupying tumors in the orbital apex and their operative treatments were analysed.Our results showed that the deteriorating visual function without exophthalmos was the early clinical feature of the space occupying tumor in orbital apex that could be diagnosed with the help of CT or MRI.Based on the early diagnosis,three surgical approaches were useful for complete removal of the tumor and protecting the visual function according to the place relationship between the tumor and the optic nerve.
