摘　　要：在分析高校教务管理人员素质提升的原因的基础上，提出高校教务管理人员素质提升的途径，即从注重思想政治素质教育、更新知识结构、完善能力，合理制定、运用激励与约束机制培养心理素质等方面来实现高校管理人员素质提升。On the basis of analysis of the reasons to enhance the quality of educational administration staff in colleges, this paper puts forward some methods of how to enhance it. That is to put emphasis on the ideological and political quality of education, to update their knowledge structure, to improve their capacity; to design rationally and to use incentive and restraint mechanisms to culture psychological training, etc, so as to achieve enhancing the quality of educational administration staff in colleges.
