摘　　要：简单介绍了以泔水油、地沟油及各种废弃动植物油为原料,采用化学法制备生物柴油的生产工艺。就生产过程中原料前处理、设备安装、生产操作、管件及设备质量等方面遇到的一些问题及解决方法进行了阐述,以期为生物柴油生产工艺设计及生产提供参考。The production process of biodiesel was introduced from swill fat,waste animals and plants oil. Some problems existing in the chemical process of biodiesel including raw material pretreatment, equipment installation, production operation, quality of equipment and so on were described, and the countermeasures were elaborated. The study could provide references for the design and production of biodiesel.
