摘 要:调查表明,现行农村中学教师评价以奖惩为主要目的、评价主体单一、采取统一预设的评价标准、评价缺乏沟通和交流,结果反馈不能体现激励性。农村中学教师普遍认为,现行教师评价制度对教师教学促进作用不大、对心理影响也不大,大多数教师感觉"平静"和"无所谓"。反映教师需求,应改革农村中学教师评价体系,改变评价目的,面向未来开展教师评价;强调评价的实效性,建立开放的评价标准、强调教师的参与性,以周期推进评价;正确处理评价结果,强化评价的激励功能。Investigation shown that the present assessment system of teachers in rural high schools could not effectively stimulate teachers and lack effective interaction for it focused on punishment, offered unitary evaluation, used preset standards. It was also found that this assessment did not produce appropriate effects on teachers' practice, attitudes and mind. Thus, it needs to be reformed in goals of evaluation and face to the future. The standards shall be open and practical, and teachers' participation shall be encouraged. The results shall be reasonably dealt with for a strengthening of incentive functions of the assessment.
