无精子症睾丸组织中survivin、Caspase-3的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的观察survivin、Caspase-3在不同病理类型无精子症睾丸组织中的表达变化及相关性。方法用免疫组化方法检测44例无精子症患者睾丸组织中的survivin、Caspase-3。结果唯支持细胞综合征、睾丸生精阻滞、生精功能低下和睾丸生精未见异常的睾丸组织中survivin阳性表达率分别为18.18%、81.82%、90.91%、100.00%(P均<0.05),Caspase-3阳性表达率分别为45.45%、36.36%、36.36%、18.18%(P均>0.05)。survivin与Caspase-3的表达呈负相关(r=-0.636,P<0.05)。结论在人睾丸组织中有survivin与Caspase-3的表达,survivin与Caspase-3在生精过程中可能发挥协同作用。Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and Caspase-3 in the testis tissues of patients with different pathological types of azoospermia. Method Immunohistoehemical method was used to examine the expression of survivin and Caspase-3 in the testis tissues with different pathological types of azoospermia. Results the portions of survivinpositive with the sertoh cell - only syndrome group, hypo - spermatogenesis group, spermatogenesic arrest group, normal or basically normal spermatogenesis group, were respectively 18.18 %, 81.82 %, 90.91%, 100.00 % （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the portions of Caspase-3 positive were 45.45% ,36.36% ,36.36%, 18.18% （ P 〉 0.05 ） . A significantly negative correlation existed between the expression of surviviu and Caspase-3 （ r = - 0.636,P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusions survivin and Caspase-3 proteins are expressed in the human testis tissues, they maybe collaborate in the process during the human spermatogenesis.
