摘  要:对174例老年男性病员进行营养状况评价,结果为:体重正常者占47.7%,体重过重和不足检出率分别为31.1%和21.2%。体重正常者上臂围、上臂肌围、三头肌皮褶厚度低于90%理想值的分别为6.3%、7.5%和8.6%,血红蛋白低于1309/L者占13.2%,血清白蛋白低于359/L者占6.3%。体重过重者各项检查指标均正常。体重不足者所有检查指标均低于理想值的80%。对营养过剩的病员应控制总热能和脂肪的摄入,对营养不足的病员应加强营养支持。Among these 174 aged male patients 47.7% is normal weight, 31.1% over weight and 21.2% under weight. Among the normal weight group, persons whose brachial circumference, midarm muscle area or triceps skinfold lower than 90% of normal values, are 6.3%, 7.5% and 8.6% respectively. Persons whose hemoglobin less than 130g/L are 13.2 %, and those serum albumin less than 35g/L are 6.3%. These investigated indexes are normal among over weight group, but less than 80% of normal values among under weight group. So over-nourished personsshould cut down in-take of calories and fat, on the other hand, under-nourished ones should receive nutritional support.
