摘　　要：实习期对培养合格临床医生是一个非常重要的过程,学生在实习期对前期所学的知识进行重新的组合、筛选和整理,扬优补短、淬取升华、磨练和完善,最后才能成为一名比较合格的医科院校毕业生。Medical education is a system engineering.The clinical practice training is very important for medical students. During the clineal practice, students can effectively combine the practice with what they learn, filtering and trimming, developing their advantages and making up what they lack, subliming and perfecting themselves to become qualifid graduates.
