摘　　要：梳理现代远程教育学术理论研究的历史与现状,从远程教育基本理论、学科研究、发展基础和哲学理论四方面做逻辑分析和系统阐述,十分必要。To comb the history and present situation of the academic theoretical research at the modern distance education,it is essential to make the logic analysis and systematic elaboration from four aspects of the elementary theory of modern distance education,the discipline research,the development foundation and the philosophy theory.
