浅谈金融危机背景下高职院校创业教育的实施

摘　　要：在全球金融危机背景下,高职院校的就业教育正在向创业教育发展。创业教育有助于树立市场意识,应对危机,培养高素质的创业者,打造高职核心竞争力,促进学校和谐创新发展。要实施创业教育需要社会全力提供创业教育政策保障。学校应强化创业教育师资队伍建设、构建创业教育特色性课程结构、突出富有创业精神的校园文化建设,借校企合作之力,实现创业者创业实践的历练。Under the background of the global financial crisis, employment education in vocational colleges is advancing rapidly towards entrepreneurship education. Entrepreneurship education helps to develop high-quality entrepreneurs with market awareness and competence to cope with crisis, build core competitiveness of vocational colleges and promot their harmonious development. The implementation of entrepreneurship education calls for a powerful policy guarantee offered by the society for entrepreneurship education. Colleges should reinforce the development of teaching staff of entrepreneurship education, construct curriculum structure with feature of entrepreneurship education, highlight campus cultural construction with entrepreneurial spirit and expose the students to entrepreneurial practice and experiences with the aid of cooperation between colleges and enterprises
