摘  要:目的探讨mdr1基因编码的P糖蛋白(Pgp)在肝细胞癌(HCC)及癌周正常肝组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法用免疫组化SABC法,检测39例HCC及30例癌周肝组织中Pgp表达,分析HCC中Pgp表达程度和肿瘤主要临床病理特征间的关系.结果Pgp表达主要位于肝、肝癌及胆管上皮细胞膜上,少量位于胞质内;肝组织中平均Pgp阳性率(564%)明显高于癌组织(260%,u=265,P<001);经治病例癌组织Pgp表达均在50%以上;癌组织Pgp表达仅和细胞分化有关(χ2=586,P<005).结论肝脏是内源性耐药器官;经治后肝癌耐药性增强;IM To explore the expression and clinical significance of P-glycoprotein (Pgp) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its surrounding liver tissues.METHODS Abstract:The expression of Pgp in 33 cases of HCC tissues and 30 surrounding normal liver tissues was detected with immunohistochemical SABC. The relationship between Pgp expression in HCC tissues and clinicopathological features of the tumors were also analyzed.RESULTS Pgp mainly lied on the membrane of normal hepatocytes, carcinoma and biliary duct cells and a few in plasma. Pgp positive rate in liver tissues was significantly higher than that in carcinoma tissues on average (564% vs 260%, u=265,P<001). The positive rate of Pgp in tumor tissue after treatment was over 50%. The expression of Pgp in carcinoma tissues was only related to tumor cell differentiation (χ2=587,P<005).CONCLUSION Liver is an intrinsic drugresistance organ, and the drugresistance of hepatocellular carcinoma was enhanced after treatment. A reasonable chemotherapy protocol should be selected.
