蔡元培主体性德育思想及对高校德育的启示

摘　　要：蔡元培提出德育的主体性原则;崇尚自然,发展个性;"知、情、意、行"的有机统一;美育的德育功能等思想,体现了其主体性德育思想。主体性德育思想对当今高校德育的启示有:培养和塑造师生的主体性意识;注重发展学生的个性;培养德育对象的自我教育的能力;加强学生道德知识的学习与道德实践;注重美育的德育功能。CAI Yuan-pei is an outstanding educator in modem age. His moral education thought takes the important action in his whole thought system. He put forward the subjectivity principle of moral education, advocating in accordance with the laws of self-development of students and developing their personalities, and the kind of mixture of ＂knowledge, emotion, consciousness and practice＂, also the moral education＇s function of aesthetic education. The enlightenments to the moral education of universities nowadays are：to foster and shape the teachers＇and students＇subjectivity consciousness, to pay attention to the development of students＇personalities, to foster their ability of self-education, to enhance the students＇learning of moral knowledge and moral practice, and to pay attention to the moral education＇s function of aesthetic education.
