高校廉政文化建设对人才培养的影响与作用研究

摘　　要：大学生是党和国家未来的建设者、接班人,是今后高层次人才和党政干部的一个重要来源。在全党全社会高度重视党风廉政建设和反腐倡廉工作,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的新形势下,作为承担人才培养历史重任的高校,应怎样开展廉洁廉政教育和推进廉政文化进校园,培养合格的建设者和接班人。本文对什么是廉政文化,高校廉政文化建设面临的形势和任务,高校廉政文化建设对大学生正确世界观、人生观、价值观形成的影响与作用进行了研究,提出了加强高校廉政文化建设的措施、途径和方法。University students are future contributors to, and successors of, the Party and the country. They have major potential to be tomorrow＇s high-level talents and leaders of the Party and the government. Under the new era of the entire Party＇s and society＇s close attention to the task of Party integrity construction and to combat corruption and build a clean government, how universities, as the ones that bear historical responsibility to personnel training, launch probity and integrity education and promote integrity culture into the campus and foster qualified contributors and successors, is very crucial. This study investigated the profound meaning of integrity culture, the current situation and role of university integrity culture construction, as well as the impacts and effects of university integrity culture construction to students＇ conception of the world, philosophy of life, and sense of worth, and also suggested measures, ways and methods for reinforcement of university integrity culture construction.
