摘  要:本文立足于领导者的视角,来研究图书馆员的职业成熟度。探讨领导者应当如何指导和帮助图书馆员提高组织适应性,培养岗位胜任力,增强职业规划与决策能力,最终促使他们自觉有效地进行自我职业管理,以达到图书馆员主动自觉地提升自身职业成熟度的目的,从而真正实现这一群体职业成熟度的持续发展,应对今后职业生涯发展中的各种危机与挑战。Based on the perspective of the leaders, the thesis researches on the librarians' career maturity, It states the leaders' concrete steps, that is to say how the leaders ,should guide and help the librarians to enhance the organizational adaptability and cultivate the position competency, to increase the ability of career planning and career decision, which finally spurs them to make conscious efforts to do the career management by themselve& As a result, the librarians actively improve the career maturity by self-conscious In deed, the group can realize the aim about the sustainable development of the career maturity to deal with various crisis and challenges during the career development in future.
