Fascin蛋白、表皮生长因子受体及上皮型钙粘着蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨fascin蛋白、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)及上皮型钙粘着蛋白(E-cad)在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法:用免疫组织化学方法检测45例结、直肠癌中fascin蛋白、EGFR及E-cad的表达,fascin蛋白及EGFR肿瘤细胞染色>5%的病例定为阳性,E-cad肿瘤细胞染色<50%的病例为异常表达(表达减少或丧失)。结果:45例结、直肠癌中22例(48.9%)fascin蛋白阳性,24例(53.3%)EGFR阳性,29例(64.4%)E-cad异常表达,而且都与肿瘤分化程度、浆膜侵犯、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关(均P<0.05),fascin蛋白表达与EGFR表达及E-cad异常表达也都具相关性(均P<0.05)。结论:fascin蛋白、EGFR及E-cad可以作为评价结直肠癌预后的参考指标。Objective：To investigate the significance of fascin protein,epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR） and E-cadherin expression in colorectal carcinoma.Methods：Forty-five samples of colorectal carcinoma were immunohistochemically investigated using monoclonal antifascin antibody,EGFR and E-cadherin.Staining more than 5% of tumor cells was recorded as positive immunoreactivity of fascin and EGFR.Staining less than 50% of tumor cells was recorded as abnormal expression of E-cadherin （reduced express or loss）.Results：Overall, expression of fascin and EGFR was detected in 48.9% and 53.3% of 45 samples of colorectal carcinoma,and abnormal expression of E-cadherin was detected in 64.4%.Moreover,expression of these markets were correlated with histopathological grading （P〈0.05）,serosal invasion （P〈0.05）,positive lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05） and TNM stage （P〈0.05 ）.Expression of fascin was correlated with EGFR and E-cadherin（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Fascin protein,EGFR and E-cadherin were useful prognostic markers for colorectal carcinoma.
