摘　　要：成人高等教育计算机应用型人才培养模式,随着社会的发展,传统单一的培养模式受到挑战,满足不了新形势下的培养要求。文章结合成人高等教育以及计算机专业应用型人才培养的实际,对成人高等教育计算机应用型人才培养模式进行了研究,提出了转变教育思想、改革课程体系、改革管理模式、创新教学方法的培养模式。With the development of the society, training mode of the adult higher education in computer application-typed talents which belongs to one kind of the traditional training model confronting the modern challenge, can not meet the training requirements under the new situation. In the essay, the authors have researched on training mode of the adult higher education in computer application-typed talents in combination with the adult higher education and computer-based professional actual personnel training, thus, proposed a training mode with educational thinking changing, curriculum reforming, management model changing, teaching methods innovating in it.
