摘　　要：通过分析当前地方本科院校理工科专业学生毕业论文(设计)中存在的一些问题,提出了以专业技能训练和课程设计为载体,以培养学生"四会"(会用、会讲、会写、会做)能力为核心,努力提高教学质量的具体措施。By analyzing some problems existing in the student＇s graduation thesis of the major of electronic and information engineering in current local colleges and universities ,this paper proposed some specific measures to try hard to enhance the teaching quality with the carrier of professional skills training and courses design ,with the core of cultivation of student＇s four kinds of capabilities （can do, can say,can write and can use）.
