摘  要:常规PID控制化纤纺丝空调送风压力,不能很好地解决系统在外界干扰的情况下控制效果,控制系统波动大,调整时间长,对产品的品质有较大影响。采用了一种新型的积分分离二自由度PID调节,使得控制系统的控制效果和抗干扰能力明显改善。使得系统在外界干扰的情况下,被控对象波动小,系统调整时间短。同时给出了控制算法、采样信号的数字滤波方法和PID参数整定原理。Fiber spin air-condition pressure control system is only used of PID method which couldn't succeed in resolving fluctuation. The fluctuation is huge and the adjust time is also long and which those led to bad effect. Another useful and affective control method was given. The method is advanced PID control system. This control method has the ability of anti-jamming and improving control precision with shorter adjust time than before. At the same time, the math arithmetic,numeral filter method of sampling signal and the prineipium of PID parameter adjust were given
