Discussion on the Relationship between Human Capital and Economic Growth

摘　　要：十多年来,关于人力资本和经济增长关系的研究在国内越来越多。我们回顾了国内外关于经济增长和人力资本的相关概念和理论进展,特别是人力资本对经济增长的作用、人力资本的相关经济增长模型、人力资本指标的选定和计量方法等,最后对人力资本指标选定的原则给出建议。There are more and more studies discussing the relationship between human capital and economic growth in China in the past decade. The present paper summarizes the development of the researches on economic growth and human capital, especially on the contribution of human capital to economic growth, economic development models relating to human capital, and the choosing of human capital indexes. Suggestions about choosing principles for human capital index are provided in the final part of the paper.
