摘　　要：论述了测定稻米脂肪酸值的光度滴定仪法和基于光度滴定仪法的脂肪酸值测定仪的原理和特点,分析了脂肪酸值测定仪的准确度、稳定性、测定范围等使用性能,指出了仪器对滴定终点反应敏锐、准确,检测结果稳定,方便快捷,易学易用等特点。Based on the principle of photometric titrator, the principle and performance of the instrument for measuring fatty acid value is discussed. By analyzing such service performances of the instrument as accuracy, stability, determination range and so on, it shows that the instrument has exquisite and accurate responses to titration end--point. Moreover, it is simple and convenient for learning and practice.
