摘  要:以获得散热器空气流动阻力、研究汽车发动机舱内流阻力为目的,针对常用的百叶窗汽车散热器,建立了空气流动数学模型,采用CFD方法对不同流速下的空气流动特性进行了数值计算,分析了空气流动阻力的组成,得出了阻力特性曲线.在此基础上,对该散热器的相似模型进行了阻力预测.计算结果表明:空气流动阻力的数值计算结果相对于实验结果的平均相对偏差为4.98%,其精度可满足工程的需要.计算分析结果为汽车设计初期发动机舱内流阻力特性预测提供了参考数据.In order to obtain the airflow pressure drop of radiator and study the internal drag of ear, the automotive fin-tube radiator model was established. The airflow pressure drop of the fin-tube radiator was numefically simulated under the different air mass velocities, its composition analyzed and the curve of airflow pressure drop characteristics obtained. One correct formula for the airflow pressure drop of a similar model radiator was obtained. The result shows that the average relative deviation of numerical simulation for the test result is 4. 98% and the accuracy satisfies the engineering. Analysis of the results gives a basis to forecast internal drag of underhood and car designing.
