摘  要:在日粮中分别添加8%、10%、12%、15%的亚麻籽,研究对鹌鹑采食量、生长发育、料肉比、内脏器官鲜重、内脏器官指数及不饱和脂肪酸含量的影响。结果表明:在日粮中添加10%以上的亚麻籽时,能够提高鹌鹑的生长发育速度,提高35日龄鹌鹑增重,降低35日龄鹌鹑的采食量,并降低料肉比。添加量为12%时,35日龄鹌鹑的料肉比最低。添加亚麻籽可明显增加鹌鹑肉及蛋黄中不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的含量。This experiment studied the effects of adding linseed with 8%, 10%, 12%, 15~ respectively in the diet on the total intake, body weight, ratio of feed to gain, internal organ weight, internal organ index and the content of the unsaturated fatty acid in the meat of the quail. The results showed that: adding linseed with 10% above in the diet could raise the ADG and reduce the total intake of the 35 day-old quail. When adding linseed with 12%, the 35 day-old quail had the minimum the ratio of feed to gain. Adding linseed with 10% above could improve the growth and enhance the immune ability of the quail to a certain extent. Adding the linseed in the diet could obviously increase the content of the PUFA in the meat and egg yolk of the quail and decrease cost, it was suggested that 12 % linseed was added in the diet.
