北京市海淀区奥运食品卫生保障工作效果分析

摘　　要：目的评估海淀区奥运会期间食品卫生保障工作效果。方法通过对奥运期间数据与奥运前期数据的比较,分析海淀区奥运期间食品卫生保障工作效果。结果食物中毒发生起数、食物中毒责任单位分类统计数、食物中毒致病因素统计数2008年第三季度数据均低于2007年同期,监督户次数与季度覆盖率、食品卫生量化分级情况、投诉举报结案率2008年第三季度数据均高于2007年同期数据。海淀区对食品卫生保障采取的各项措施取得了很好的成效,圆满完成了食品卫生保障的工作目标。Objective： To evaluate the effect of food safety insurance of Haidian district during the 29th Olympic Games in Beijing. Method： Analyze the effect of food safety insurance of Haidian district during the 29th Olympic Games in Beijing via data comparsion. Conclusion： The number of food poisoning case, the number of department with food poisoning case and the food poisoning cases arising from familiar reasons were fewer than the counterparts in 2007. The frequency of monitoring, the ratio of coverage, food safety classification and the rate of concluded appealing cases were higher than the counterparts in 2007. The data showed that the measures Haidian district taken got good results. Haidian district accomplished the work of food safety successfully.
