摘　　要：现代社会激烈的人才竞争,使得高校教师越来越关注学生创新精神和实践能力的培养。从素质教育的要求和教师教育观念的转变两方面讨论了培养工科专业创新性人才的重要性和要求,并以电子信息类专业为例,给出了工科创新人才培养模式。College teachers pay more attention to fostering the creative talents and practice ability of the students because of the aboil talents competition in modem society. It is discussed about the significance and requirement of fostering creative talents in Engineering speciality by two aspects,that is the requirements of quality education and educational ideas of teachers,moreover, it is given the fostering mode of creative talents in engineering speciality.
